CTTE Membership CTTE Membership Application Form (PDF) CTTE Listserv (Overview & Subscription Instructions, PDF) Membership Information Regular membership is open to all persons engaged in support of technology teacher education. Sustaining membership is open to educational foundations or organizations that wish to support the work of technology education. Sustaining members make an annual grant to the Council of $100 or more. Individual membership for the ITEA is required to be a member of the CTTE. If you are already a member of the ITEA, record your membership number in the blank provided. Pay both the ITEA and CTTE dues if you are not already a member of ITEA. Your ITEA membership includes a subscription to "The Technology Teacher," published eight times a year. Activities Council meetings are held annually at the International Technology Education Association (ITEA) annual conference. CTTE-sponsored conference sessions provide an opportunity for professionals from throughout technology teacher education to focus on topics related to Council goals Standing and special committees provide members an opportunity to becomeactively involved in Council functions. Annual recognition of outstanding leadersin technology teacher education and outstanding members of the Council. Publications Your CTTE membership includes: The "CTTE Yearbook," published annually since 1952, focusing on current topics that hold promise for improving the quality of technology teacher education. Monographs and newsletters, published to provide Council members with pertinent professional literature and information not available from other sources. The "Industrial Teacher Education Directory," published annually by CTTE and NAITTE. The Directory lists information on educators from more than 250 institutions of higher education. Also available with separate subscription: The Journal of Technology Education, published in the Fall and Spring with articles and reviews on technology education research, philosophy, theory and practice.
