TECA Regional Communication Contest
(1997)



Background: Each year, more than 200 Technology Education Collegiate Association (TECA) members attend the Eastern Regional TECA Conference in Virginia Beach. They compete in a variety of contests, one of which is the Communication Contest, which requires students to design and produce a video advertisement in less than 12 hours! This is Virginia Tech's solution to this challenge in 1997. It was produced digitally.
 
Assignment: To create a 30 second video that promotes the TECA Eastern Regional Conference at Virginia Beach.
